WHAT IS MEDMENTORS ABOUT ? What am i doing with this and why are we wasting our precious time here ?         Well Medmentors is not about Folarin Gbemileke Oluchukwu or about any other partner here. Medmentors is simply about medically inclined students who have decided to achieve success by all creative means and have just decide to use this medium as one of their many leverage systems. WHAT MEDMENTORS OFFER ; Medmentors I tell you is simply based on a leverage system, it offers mentorship and avenues to academic success and better understanding especially in the line of human sciences. It is about students who have decide to take risks by opening up their bank of knowledge that others might gain from it but nevertheless, by so doing they themselves gain mastery. It is a win-win idea for those who will be committed to learning and learning to impact lives. To every one inspired ( Mentee); It is a risk you are willing to take with wisdom, you stand a chance to prove experientially what an ideal life of an all round medical student could look like if he was coming the second time to medical school  ( starting all over) simply by watching closely those who have taken the risk to be mentors. Its an opportunity to proof academic success, spiritual uprightness with God and possibilities of financial empowerment as you move along your years in school. To every one inspiring (Mentor); It is a risk you are willing to take with wisdom as you decide to open up yourself to greater challenges, constructive evaluation, leadership, personal development, service and a push to perfection by mastery.  Its all a risk, but one that will greatly pay off in a good way if it turns out well. OUR MISSION; Medmentors seek to harness the best that could possibly come out from a human scientist and we plan to do this by looking beyond just the academic aspect but centre basically around three core topics;  Spiritual Uprightness Academic Excellence Financial Intelligence OUR VISION;  Medmentors seek to see the students of Health science ( and even others) beat great results in their academics while at the same time growing in other aspects of their lives.  Medmentors seek to see students filled with big ideas as they inherit realities greater than themselves from trusted mentors who will be partners of this medium.  Medmentors seek to see students who can make success predictable.  Medmentors seek to see students who are not blinded by the walls of school life.  Medmentors seek to see students who can dream for their generations to come.  Medmentors seek to be convinced beyond all doubts ( and with proofs) that all these and more can be achievable in the life of a student.  Medmentors seeks a story to tell the young health scientists, stories that will gear them up and do nothing less than leave chain reactions of greatness even as they strive and contribute to our stories that will be passed down to others. Have you ever failed before?...well, I have...and these failures are lesser known stories....you see, we have all failed and we will all fail at some point...especially as medical students. I remember my first 'failure' in preclinicals. It was in my first anatomy dissection practical...I was excited, I always was then and in came the brilliant Dr Ashaolu  to introduce us to anatomy dissection. Several human bones were placed in front of us that day and we all watched in amazement how these contoured brown sticks were from actual people that lived. Anti – Football (Football without its beauty)         The just concluded UEFA EURO 2016 will be remembered for many occurrences like the violence between English and Russian fans, the surprising display of Iceland, the handball-like displays of two German footballers in the knockout stages of the competition and Cristiano Ronaldo’s theatrics from the touchline in the final match between Portugal and France. However, one disturbing part of the competition that would always be noted in the record books was Portugal’s display of Anti – Football in the final match of the competition. They were just so defensive and lacking flair in the final third especially after Ronaldo’s injury.
